Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Hardero. This Refund Policy sets out your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds.
1. Right of Return - 14 Calendar Days
You may return your order within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery, without needing to provide a reason. This is consistent with consumer protection principles under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) and, for European customers, Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be: in their original packaging; sealed and unused (or in substantially the same condition as received); accompanied by your order reference number.
We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened and partially used, or items that have been damaged after delivery due to mishandling.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@youngdrain.world within 14 days of delivery with your name, order reference, and reason for return (optional). We will confirm the return address and process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the payment method used on delivery. As Hardero is sold cash on delivery, refunds are made via bank transfer to the account you provide.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Opened and partially used products are not eligible for return unless they were received damaged or defective. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
